Queens Tech Corner: Mohammed Ahsan of SalesTug

It’s Queens Tech Corner time! The Queens Tech Corner is a regular segment on our Queens Chamber social media channels where we shine the spotlight on tech entrepreneurs doing exciting things right here in Queens.

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR START IN TECH?

My journey in tech began during my second year of university while I was pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems. This interest led me to hone my skills in software development and systems architecture. After graduating, I  gained valuable experience working for various tech firms, which eventually gave me the  confidence to launch my own ventures. SalesTug is my third venture, and it has been the most exciting and impactful one yet.

WHAT IS YOUR LATEST PROJECT, AND WHY ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT IT?

Our latest project is the integration of our 5th Generation human-like voice AI into the SalesTug platform. This advanced feature, powered by cutting-edge machine learning capabilities, will revolutionize the way businesses interact with their leads. It provides real-time, human-like communication that significantly enhances customer engagement and streamlines the lead qualification process. Alongside our core features, this new voice AI will take automation to the next level, ultimately driving higher conversion rates for our clients.

WHY ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THE FUTURE OF TECH IN QUEENS?

The future of tech in Queens is incredibly promising. The borough’s diverse talent pool, coupled with its supportive business environment, makes it an ideal hub for innovation and growth. I am particularly excited about the collaborative spirit within the Queens tech community, which fosters the sharing of ideas and resources, driving technological advancements and creating new opportunities for businesses and individuals alike.
